okbey Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okbey ("okbey," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okbey.win and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information you have provided to okbey is accurate, complete, and current.

These Terms apply together with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific policy.

To register and maintain an account on okbey, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a firm legal requirement under the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines. okbey reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and where access to okbey is not prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of okbey is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
4. Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other restriction preventing you from participating in gambling activities.
5. Single Account: You must not currently hold, or have previously held, another okbey account that was closed or suspended for any reason.

3.1 Registration. To use okbey's real-money gaming services, you must register an account by providing accurate personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process or Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) okbey account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.3 KYC Verification. okbey may, at its discretion, require you to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, driver's license, Philippine passport, UMID) and proof of address before processing withdrawals or activating full account functionality. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your okbey account. You must notify okbey immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. okbey will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.5 Account Transfers Prohibited. okbey accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any entitlements within it to any third party.

4.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the okbey Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). okbey does not impose currency conversion fees on PHP transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. okbey currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted methods may change from time to time; current methods are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal may be requested. okbey reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be denied where okbey has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. okbey is committed to compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines. okbey does not accept cash deposits. All withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the Player's own name. okbey may report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses and promotional credits offered by okbey are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements, applicable bonus terms, expiry dates, and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms at the time of offer.

5.2 One Bonus Per Offer. Unless explicitly permitted, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. okbey may use technical means to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims made via multiple accounts or by coordinated groups of players.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. okbey reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances are withdrawable unless the applicable bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.5 Changes to Promotions. okbey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect wagering already completed in good faith.

6.1 Certified RNG. All casino games available on the okbey Platform operate using Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in studios operating under established casino gaming protocols.

6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure during play, okbey reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund all wagers placed in those rounds. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies. okbey's decision regarding the outcome of a disputed game round is final.

6.3 Game-Specific Rules. Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by okbey's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or results are disputed, okbey will settle bets in accordance with its published sportsbook settlement rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbey Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or attempting to reverse legitimate deposits fraudulently;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbey staff or other players;
• Reselling or commercially exploiting your access to the Platform without okbey's written consent.

All content on the okbey Platform — including but not limited to the okbey brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of okbey or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without okbey's prior written consent.

okbey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

okbey will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement where required by law or these Terms.

okbey is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on its Platform. okbey provides the following tools accessible from every registered account at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over defined periods;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a defined duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the okbey Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of five (5) years.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbey's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 okbey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

11.3 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." okbey makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. okbey is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, or natural calamities.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit okbey's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12.1 okbey reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) your continued use of the Platform poses a legal or regulatory risk to okbey; or (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, okbey may forfeit all bonuses, promotional credits, and winnings derived from bonus play in your account at the time of termination. Real-money deposits not subject to wagering requirements will be returned to you, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable fraud investigation.

12.3 You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting okbey's customer support team via live chat at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to okbey's customer support team in writing. okbey will use its reasonable endeavors to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through okbey's internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms. Players who believe they have a valid complaint against okbey may also contact the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

okbey reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
