okbey Privacy Policy

okbey ("okbey," "we," "us," or "our") is the operator of the online gaming platform at okbey.win and all associated mobile applications and services. For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA") and its implementing rules and regulations, okbey is the personal information controller of the data collected through the Platform.

okbey does not sell your personal data. okbey may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and other payment service providers, solely to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions;

Some of the third-party service providers used by okbey may be located outside the Philippines and may process your personal data in jurisdictions other than the Philippines. By registering an account with okbey and accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines as described above.

okbey uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (web beacons, pixel tags, local storage) to operate and improve the Platform. The categories of cookies used by okbey are:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without rendering the Platform inaccessible.

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active okbey account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering and gaming regulatory record-keeping requirements;
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
• Gaming history and activity logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years to support dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring;
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last relevant interaction;

The okbey Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 21, and okbey does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines.

If okbey discovers or has reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all funds in the account will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings will be forfeited. The personal data collected in connection with the underage account will be retained only to the extent required to support the investigation and comply with applicable regulatory reporting obligations, then securely deleted.

The okbey Platform may contain references to game providers and payment processors whose own privacy policies govern the processing of data through their services. okbey is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers, and this Privacy Policy does not cover data processed directly by those parties in the provision of their services.

Players are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party service they interact with through or in connection with the okbey Platform.

okbey may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices.
